Terms and Conditions

1.) The conference fee you pay includes a NON-refundable registration fee. In case you cancel your registration, we will need to keep this amount as an administration charge. The following rates apply:
a) up to 14 March 2012 - Euro 70,
b) from 15 March 2012 this amount will increase to Euro 190, in case we can not fill your slot. Otherwise Euro 70 will apply.
c) Refunds will be only paid after 30 April 2012.
2.) Early bird (discount) conference fees need to reach our bank account by 21 February 2012, otherwise the normal rates will apply.
3.) Normal conference fees have to reach our bank account not later than three weeks after registration, but latest by 31 March 2012, otherwise your booking will be cancelled. Rebooking on-line may be possible if slots are still available.
4.) You agree that you will only leave the conference after you have cleared all your bills.
5.) You will be solely responsible to make sure that you have a valid visa, in case you come from outside the EU. CCD will not take any responsibility for immigration issues.
